The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted as a basis the draft law on amendments to the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Infringements re regulation of the issue on responsibility for domestic violence

The bill suggests exclude from article 173-2 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Infringements punishments in the form of a fine and correctional labour leaving community service or administrative detention.

Respective bill was registered under No. 1181.
